Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 7-10 business days for customs and 3-5 business days for RTS (excluding weekends and holidays). 
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. 
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
- We have no control over Shipping times once your items leave our store. 
- Please note that delivery delays may occur due to postal service issues, weather, or high-volume seasons. 
Domestic Shipping
- We currently ship within United States. 
- All orders include tracking information. 
Order Issues

Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit only. 
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. 
- Certain items are non-returnable (e.g., custom or personalized products). 
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. 
- Approved store credit will be issued within 3 business days. 
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Exchanges
- If you need a different size or item, please contact us to arrange an exchange. 
- No exchanges on custom/personalized items. 
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. 
How to Start a Return
